Our pay periods run from the 1st to the end of month. Checks are mailed within 15 business days of the end of the month. A minimum earnings to receive a check is $100. If you do not earn $100 in any single pay period your earnings will "roll-over" to subsequent periods until you accumulate $100. GTX Cash payment scales differ according to the affiliation program, geographic location of users, convert rate, and affiliate program partner rules as specified in each program. GTX Cash reserves the right to adjust payment according to the payment scales. GTX Cash reserves the right to change program rules and payment scales with three days notice, in advance. It is against the rules to artificially generate searches and traffic in any way. Hits from e-mail, newsgroups, or type-ins automatically get discarded. Any artificial means of generating searches including, but not limited to, hit bots, multiple clicking scripts, begging for clicks, zero frames, IRC cheats or any other similar activity will result in forfeiture of all monies owed. The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: violence, hatred, pirated digital materials (software, audio, or video), newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, or any other site which contains content or promotes activities which are illegal in the juristictions applicabe to the affiliate will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. All sites must own, or have the rights to use, all copyrighted materials displayed or distributed on their website. Any URLs or sites having anything to do with warez, underage porn, passwords, or bestiality are strictly prohibited. NON-ASSIGNABILITY /THEFT OF LOGIN Your Subscription, may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Affiliate must promptly inform GTX Cash or the Site of any apparent breach of security, Until GTX Cash or the Site is notified, by e-mail, or by telephone of any breach in security, the Affiliate will remain personally liable for any unauthorized use of the site or it's service. Affiliate is and shall be personally liable for, and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cash, the Site and the Site owner from any and all damages (including loss of profits, loss of property, fines and penalties), losses and costs (including attorneys' fees) resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized downloading or other duplication whether solely by Affiliate or with or under the authority of any other person or entity including governmental agency. TERMINATION/ CANCELLATION Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either GTX Cash, or the Affiliate upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. BOOKMARKING Book marking to a page on the Site whereby the Warning page(s) and/or Terms of Use are by-passed shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the Terms of Use herein and an explicit acknowledgement of age of majority. Affiliates are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Site. All materials on GTX Cash and its Affiliation Programs are proprietary, constitute valuable intellectual property, are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. The Sites' materials may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without written permission. Subscribing to the site does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information. No representation is made that the materials available on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from jurisdictions where their contents are illegal is prohibited. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If the Site enables Affiliates to share information with other Affiliates, Affiliates agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement. Affiliates agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other Affiliates to buy or sell any products or services through the Site without prior written consent. Affiliates are responsible for information they send, or display through the Site even if a claim should arise after termination of service. All messages shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public. Do not use the Site for any communication for which the sender intends only the sender and the intended recipient(s) to read. Notice is hereby given that all messages entered into this Site can and may be read by the operators of the Site, whether or not they are the intended recipient(s). The affiliate hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority), and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE The affiliate will be bound to the rules and regulations of GTX Cash, as well as the specific rules and regulations of each Affiliate Program. In addition to these Terms of Use, the Site may have additional Terms of Use that are, and shall become, an integral part of this Agreement. All Terms of Use apply to GTX Cash, its Affiliation Programs, and you. This Agreement supersedes all prior written or oral understandings, writings and representations and may only be amended by GTX Cash, the Site or the Site owner. If any provision of this Agreement is held void or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be deemed excised and removed only to the extent to make the remaining provisions and this Agreement enforceable. Unless otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination. The Affiliate also understands and agrees that GTXCash may share selected personal information with third parties for data verification and supplementation purposes. AGREEMENT The Affiliate's reading of this page and consequent partnership with GTX Cash and its programs, constitutes the affiliate's agreement with the Terms of Use of GTX Cash, its sites, and Affiliation Programs. * GTX Entertainment Ltd. does business inter alia under the name GTX Cash and therefor references made to GTX Cash in this agreement / disclaimer also constitutes a reference to GTX Entertainment Ltd. |
